PRIVACY Your online profile Within this event platform, you have your own profile. Your profile is visible to other registered visitors, participating companies and session providers. This visible profile is filled with your name, job type, company name, business sector, decision-making level and interests, as you specified during your registration for the visit to the event. This way, you can easily make connections, network, initiate appointments and watch online sessions (via live streaming) before, during and after the start of the event. Of course, you decide for yourself whether you take the initiative, accept an invitation from others and with whom you ultimately share your contact details (via connections and meetings). You can always adjust or delete your profile/account yourself in the settings. Register for or watch sessions In the event platform you can indicate which sessions you want to visit by selecting ‘add to my schedule’. Sometimes sessions can be viewed online via live streaming. If you register, visit or view the session online (via live streaming), you give permission to the exhibitor or provider of the session to approach you with information about its products and/or services. In that case, Jaarbeurs will share your registration details (such as your name, email address and telephone number) with the exhibitor or provider of the session.
