A pre-war reality check, can we defend together?

“Defend together” – the world is an ever scarier place, with threats all round. Our national infrastructures are fragile and fall over even without being attacked. We have a lot of compliance-based assurance that things are good, but they are not. Keeping our governments and societies working, even in times of war and conflict, is not just a government matter. It is also not something any company can solve on their own. More worryingly, it is also something Europe worryingly depends on other continents for. We also generally outsourced most of our infrastructure. Let’s talk about how to improve this nasty situation!
